A short bioregulatory tripeptide (EDR) developed within the Khavinson gerontology program. Acts as a gene-targeting regulatory peptide that penetrates cells and nuclei to modulate transcription of neurotrophic and cell-cycle genes, with documented antioxidant and neuroprotective activity in stress and aging models.
